It's hard to choose what to eat and where to eat it thanks to the talents of our culinary team and destination dining options. From organic produce grown in temperate Dalat to lobsters, king prawn and fish straight from the sea, healthy juices or libations from the Wine Cave. You can even recline on a day bed with a sundowner and classic movie.
​NON-HOTEL GUESTS POLICY
The privacy of our guests is the utmost importance to us and as such we have to restrict the number of outside visitors to our hotel without a prior booking at our restaurants, spa or accommodation. We would be happy to arrange a day pass allowing you to enter the hotel from 11PM - 5PM daily (based on our availability). The entrance fee can be credited toward your food & beverage at our restaurants and bars.
